Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Dynamic Services Solutions LTD collects, why we collect it, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Dynamic Services Solutions LTD is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in the course of our client work. We are based in Castle Donington, United Kingdom, and are subject to the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
For any privacy question or request, contact support@dynamicservicesolutions.co.uk. Our company registration number is available on request.
Where we handle personal data on behalf of a client — for example inside their advertising or analytics accounts — we act as a processor and that client remains the controller.
2. What we collect
Depending on how you interact with us:
- Enquiry details you send us: name, email address, company name, budget range and whatever you write in your message
- Client engagement data: contact details, billing information and correspondence
- Technical data about your visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source and approximate location
- Job applications, where you send them: CV and the details you include
We do not ask for special category data (health, beliefs, biometrics and similar) and ask that you do not send it to us.
3. How we collect it
Directly from you when you email us or submit the contact form. Automatically through cookies and analytics when you browse the site. Occasionally from public sources such as LinkedIn when we research a prospective client.
4. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use personal data to:
- Respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract
- Deliver and administer our services — performance of a contract
- Improve the website and understand how it is used — our legitimate interest in running an effective business
- Send marketing communications where you have asked for them — consent, which you may withdraw at any time
- Meet legal, accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation
5. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, the Meta Pixel or any similar tool on it, and we do not track you across other sites.
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That request goes to Google’s servers and, like any web request, exposes your IP address and browser details to them. Nothing else on the page contacts a third party.
Your browser may store small amounts of data locally to remember display preferences. That stays on your device and is never sent to us.
If we add analytics or advertising tools later, this section will be updated first and consent will be requested where the law requires it.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who work on our behalf — hosting, email, analytics, advertising platforms, accounting — under agreements that limit what they may do with it
- Professional advisers, where necessary
- Authorities, where the law requires it
7. International transfers
We are based in the United Kingdom, and some providers we use store data elsewhere, including the United States and the European Union.
Where data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
8. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements: 24 months from last contact.
Client records: for the engagement and then for as long as legal, tax and accounting rules require.
Analytics data: for the retention period configured in the tool.
We delete or anonymise data once it is no longer needed.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict our processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent you have given.
To exercise any of these, email support@dynamicservicesolutions.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are in the UK or EU and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
11. Children
Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
